Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed, without charging reimbursement fees.

If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right expires only where the statutory requirements are met, including express consent to early performance and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right.
