The tenant boundary
Your own tenant starts with Business.
Personal and Household & small teams use separate personal areas or a shared Space within the consumer tenant. Business receives its own organisation tenant with a dedicated subdomain, administration, directory and policies.
Important: An own tenant means logical data and administration isolation. It does not automatically mean a dedicated server or database. An agreed dedicated operating profile is an Enterprise option.
Business or Enterprise?
Entra integration matched to the organisation.
Business connects its organisation tenant to Microsoft Entra ID or another OIDC provider through a standard integration, enabling SSO, roles and groups.
Enterprise adds a customer-owned Entra Enterprise Application, extended directory integration, individual governance, an optional dedicated operating profile and agreed service objectives.
Enterprise operations
In our cloud or in your environment.
Enterprise can be operated by Algion, self-hosted, or deployed inside a customer-owned Azure subscription. Ownership, operating responsibility, support and the update process are agreed explicitly.
Self-hosted
Run Kaldur in your own infrastructure with documented requirements, releases and responsibilities.
Company Azure
Deploy in the customer’s Azure environment with Entra ID, private network boundaries and managed Azure services.
High availability
An optional multi-zone profile with redundant APIs, separate workers, a zone-redundant database, backups and tested recovery.
Measurable objectives
Availability, RTO, RPO, capacity, monitoring and rollout procedures are defined and accepted for the intended use.
Transparency: High availability is a customer-specific Enterprise operating profile and depends on the agreed technical maturity and acceptance criteria. Self-hosting also does not automatically mean that selected external AI models run locally.
Privacy in every plan
GDPR is not an Enterprise extra.
All hosted Kaldur plans are designed and operated to the same GDPR privacy baseline. Business and Enterprise add organisational control and individual governance – not the first layer of fundamental data protection.

We will publish prices once scope, included usage and terms are firm. All plans are intended as recurring subscriptions; cancellation and payment terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
