Current status: This website does not currently allow account registration or the conclusion of a paid contract. Product and plan descriptions are not binding offers.
1. Provider and scope
Kaldur is provided by Algion GmbH, Untereichen 1, 33129 Delbrück, Germany (“Algion”). Additional service descriptions, data-processing agreements, service objectives or operating agreements may apply to business customers.
2. Contract formation
Once ordering is enabled, the order page will show the selected plan, essential features, total price including taxes, billing interval, term and cancellation conditions immediately before the order is submitted. A contract is formed when Algion confirms the order or activates the paid service. Individual order details take precedence over these terms.
3. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and report suspected misuse without undue delay. Accounts are personal unless the plan provides administrable seats. Organisation administrators manage members and permissions within their tenant or Space.
4. Acceptable use
Kaldur may only be used lawfully and within granted permissions. Illegal content, attacks, circumvention of safeguards or limits, unauthorised access, malware and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Algion may proportionately restrict or suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
5. Content, AI and tools
Customers retain their rights in submitted content and grant Algion the non-exclusive rights technically required to provide the service. Customers are responsible for the legality of their content and instructions. AI and tool outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently reviewed before consequential use. Kaldur does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for a user.
6. External models and integrations
Using a selected model, plugin or connected system may send required data to the third party shown in Kaldur. Services connected by the customer are also governed by their own terms. Algion does not guarantee the permanent availability of a third-party service.
7. Service and availability
The applicable order and service description define the scope. Maintenance, security work and technical development may cause temporary restrictions. Availability, support, recovery or operating objectives apply only when expressly agreed.
8. Prices, payment and allowances
The prices, taxes, included allowances and usage charges shown at checkout apply. Recurring fees are due at the start of each billing period unless the order states otherwise. Price changes for a future period will be announced in advance; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a purchased storage or usage allowance is exceeded, Algion may restrict further uploads or processing and require an upgrade or reduction. Data exceeding the allowance may be deleted only after reasonable prior notice and an opportunity to export, delete data personally or increase the allowance. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
9. Term and cancellation
The term, billing interval and cancellation conditions are shown before ordering. Unless the order states otherwise, a recurring subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Once paid consumer subscriptions are available, Algion will provide the legally required online cancellation route. Termination for cause remains available.
10. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details and a model form are provided in the withdrawal notice. Performance before the withdrawal period ends begins only on the basis of the declarations required by law.
11. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Algion has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability and guarantees. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy and processing
See the privacy notice. Where Algion acts as processor for a business customer, an agreement under Article 28 GDPR is concluded before that processing begins.
13. Changes
Changes affecting ongoing contracts require an objective reason, such as changes in law, security requirements or functional development, and material changes will be announced in text form in advance. Changes to the principal service or price remain subject to the order, express agreement and mandatory law.
14. Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. To the extent legally permitted, the courts at Algion’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction for merchants and public-law entities. Algion does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
